Welcome to the new club website which will provide a focus for discussion and information for all members of the club. These are exciting times for us at the moment as our first and second teams sit at their highest ever league positions and we continue to operate a thriving junior section.

The winter will see further developments within the club house as part of our general upgrade of the ground.

Volunteers needed

KWIK CRICKET

We are looking for someone to help co-ordinate the Kwik Cricket matches this coming season. The matches run for around 6 weeks from the end of May on Sunday morning. If you can help please speak to Neil or Robin.

UNDER 11'S

We also need a willing volunteer to manage this season's under 11 hardball team. Any parent or player able to give up some time to help with this please contact Neil or Robin.

Burns Night

Friday 29th January will be Burns Night at Papp cc

There will be a sit down traditional Burns Night 4 course meal, with an address of the Haggis. This is a ticket only event at a cost of £15 a head.

I am sure you will agree that is cheap at half the price!! Places must be reserved and so please email Fran with how many tickets you require.

Cricket Club AGM will be held on Sunday 31st January 2010 at 10.30 am in the Clubroom at the Papplewick Hall Ground.

All members with voting rights, Trustees and Life Members are invited to attend. The agenda will be issued on the day.

The AGM for the Social Club will follow at 12 noon. All Social members are invited to attend this meeting

Junior indoor training

Winter indoor training for juniors at Nottingham Boy's High School
15 and unders (Only if you play hardball cricket)
Tuesday's 6.15-7.15
Commencing next week, Tuesday 19th January
Price £3 per session

Under 15s are also welcome to attend senior nets at the same venue
Wednesday's 7.15-8.15
