Welcome to the new club website which will provide a focus for discussion and information for all members of the club. These are exciting times for us at the moment as our first and second teams sit at their highest ever league positions and we continue to operate a thriving junior section.

The winter will see further developments within the club house as part of our general upgrade of the ground.

Under 15's Mansfield & District League Cup Final

The under 15's played the cup final at Hucknall's ground but unfortunately were not able to beat Mansfield Hosiery Mills. They suffered a 9 wicket defeat. Papplewick won the toss and choose to bat. They struggled to a score of just 68 for 7 off their 20 overs. In reply, despite an early wicket from Sam Stewart Mansfield comfortabely reached a winning total with 4 overs to spare.
A good crowd of supporters from the club came to watch the match. Hopefully the team will make a return next season with the challenge of again reaching the final.

Cope Cup Final

Congratulations go to the mid week XI who tonight have won the Cope Cup.

They achieved a 45 run win against Gedling Colliery.

A good all round performance was highlighted by a

man of the match innings from

Martin" Boris" Becker.
